Quality Management System
JEP Manufacturing operates a quality management system aligned to ISO 9001:2015 standards and AS9100D requirements, covering all CNC machining operations from raw material receipt through final inspection and shipment. Every part ships with a Certificate of Conformance documenting material, process, and inspection results.
Our quality processes cover:
• Incoming material verification and traceability
• In-process inspection at critical stages
• Final dimensional inspection prior to shipment
• Documentation and record retention for all jobs
• Continuous improvement and corrective action processes
We serve aerospace, defense, navy, oil & gas, and power generation customers with zero-tolerance quality requirements. AS9100D compliant processes. ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality management system.
JEP MFG is equipped with Lathes with Live Tooling capabilities. Which allows us to work with complex geometries in one setup excluding human factor.
Our 3-axis, 4-a xis and 5-axis milling centers allows us to produce highly precise parts to meet the most stringent requirements.
Combined with the latest advancements in CAM software, we are able to achieve a tolerance of +/- 0.0005" on complex geometries.
