Integrated 9-axis mill/turn capabilities combine a 4-axis lathe with simultaneous
5-axis milling operations.
The 5-axis milling functionality efficiently handles surface machining tasks, while the 4-axis lathe handles the internal machining.

9-AXIS MACHINING

Our CNC milling process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 5 days. We use 3-axis milling and 5-axis indexed milling processes to manufacture parts from more than 30 engineering-grade plastics and metals.

3/4/5-AXIS MILLING

Our CNC turning process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 5 days. We use CNC lathes with live tooling for axial and radial holes, flats, grooves and slots.
