Our 9-axis CNC mill-turn centers (Mori Seiki NT4200 and NT1000Z) combine simultaneous 5-axis milling with 4-axis CNC turning in a single setup. Live tooling, sub-spindle, and Y-axis capability allow us to complete complex parts in one operation — eliminating setup errors and reducing lead time.
We machine parts up to 70 inches in length to tight tolerances in titanium, Inconel, Monel, stainless steel, and carbon steel.

9-AXIS MACHINING

Our KUKA robotic automation cell enables lights-out, unattended CNC machining — running production overnight and through weekends without operator intervention. Automated part loading and unloading deliver consistent, repeatable results at scale.
Ideal for OEM, aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial customers requiring high-volume production runs with stable processes and predictable cycle times.

Robotic Automation CNC Machining

Our Kitamura Millinc Centers deliver simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling for workpieces up to 31.5" in diameter and 42.9" in height.
We machine complex geometries, compound angles, deep pockets, and contoured surfaces that cannot be produced in 3-axis setups. Custom prototypes and production parts with turnaround as fast as 5 days.

4 & 5 - AXIS MILLING

CNC turning with live tooling for axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, threads, and slots — all in a single setup.
We produce custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 5 days with high precision across a wide range of materials including stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and exotic alloys.
